Our quality systems and procedures are  based on TS16949 (IATF). To meet the stringent quality parameters of our customers we have in-house international standard testing facilities. 

We have our own state-of-art tool room, which enables us to produce pins as per customer specifications. As we have our own tool manufacturing team, we do not charge any tooling costs for our standard parts. 

Our in-house austempering heat treatment process ensures consistent quality of our products.

As slotted spring pins and coiled pins are new generation superior fasteners, dimensional evaluation is carried out at all stages of the manufacturing process. Strict process controls ensure minimal dimensional variation in a batch. 

Traceability plays a major role when supplying to OEM customers. We have customized traceability software where we can track down each pin, in case of a query from our customers.

System audits are conducted periodically to ensure absolute compliance of the product quality. All our products are shipped using bar code. We also have special packaging options. We have arrangements with freight forwarders to supply our products globally.
